About Linda Ingroia: I founded foodpassionprojects after many years as a culinary editor, during which I published dozens of cookbooks, culinary references, and memoirs with chefs, experts, and entrepreneurs. Very often, the idea for a book comes not only from someone's kitchen skills but from the entrepreneurial spirit, fervor, and focus with which she or he pursues her or his food enterprise. That boundless creativity and force of purpose for food-based businesses inspires me and this site.
